I moved back to the NE in 2018 after working in London for 40 years. I’m proud to call North Shields home and to make a positive contribution to the town, as a writer for ‘I Love North Shields’ and a trustee of the Elevation Walls Mural event. I also run the northshields_people pages on Facebook and Instagram, sharing good news and positive energy about North Shields. When I have a bit of spare time, I enjoy travel and photography. All of this means that retirement is busier than I ever expected it to be - and also much more fun!
